We often forget that teamwork requires us to come together with responsibility and commitment. Teamwork can make dreams come true and help us realize our goals. We must be able to communicate appropriately and come together in leadership by listening to each other with respect. We must be willing to share and be humble enough to know that there is strenght in joining forces to meet our common goal. Together we can conquer and in teamwork we can overcome and triumph. Frequently, without the team, we lose, but shoulder to shoulder we can succeed. These much needed skills are key to being able to work jointly in any job or with any group. Many forget that without it, often failure will come to all.

2. Roles are not clear and are invaded
3. Boundaries are trespassed
4. Conduct limites are either rigid or lax and inappropriate
5. Family involvement is indifferent, narcisistic or over involved
6. Affection is not expressed or shown or reciprocated
7. Problem solving is ineffective
8. General Functioning is disfuntional
If your family experiences any of the above, and most occur concurrently where one affects the other. It is highly recommended to consult with a Family Therapist before things worsen. Therapy should focus on helping all the family members back to functioning and feeling comfortable, and happy once again.
