Being in Survival Mode from fear or danger keeps us from becoming Self Aware! We need to reach and maintain self awareness to be able to reach Happiness! We must be intentional and not irrational. Our experiences modify our consciousness. We must stay in self awareness. Everything comes from within and not dependent from the external. Learn to be in the moment. You are enough and need not anything from the outside to be worthy. Change your beliefs, your beliefs become who you are and what you experience. Madeleine P. Maya
