I love reading daily meditations. I am a recovering alcoholic. On 2/24/14, I celebrated my 2 year sobriety birthday. One of the biggest reasons I turned to alcohol to numb my pain was to cope with the negative thoughts that were running through my mind on a daily basis. As a result of my negative thoughts, I fell in love with alcohol to numb those negative thoughts. Now, I am excited to say, that I have turned to reading positive daily meditations and reflecting on reading these daily meditations to replace my negative thoughts so I can feel the beauty of each day instead of focusing on negative thoughts.

- Unconditional love

- better friendships
- Unconditional love means that the person is loved no matter what mistakes he or she makes. If your husband loses his job, he will probably feel very bad about it. He needs to know that you love and respect him even though he lost the job. Respect is very important to a man.
